No Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This policy is in place to maintain the freshness and quality of our items.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the preparation of your order has begun, we cannot cancel it.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, such as a wrong item delivered or a missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
